摘  要:高温超导体的各向异性体现在各个方面。晶体学上,由于具有层状结构、夹层结构、熔织结构等,呈现出各向异性。以不同方向间的有效质量比表征的各向异性因子r(=me/ma),在不同体系间有数量级上的不同(Y系≈20;Bi系≈3×10^3;Ti系≈10^4)。因此,即使在相同温度和磁场下,有的材料可以看成为各向异性的三维体系,有的已减缩为准二维体系。尤其在宏观正常态时的磁、电性质各异。Anisotropy of high - temperature superconductors is reflected in many fields. On crystallography, due to stratiform structure, interlayer structure and melt texture structure it reflects anisotropy. Anisotropy factor Γ(me/ma), characterized by effectice mass ratio between different directions, is quite different on quantitative level, among different systems (Y-series≈20. Bi-series≈3×103, Ti-series≈104). Thus, even if under the same condition of temperature and magnetic field, some material can be regarded as, three dimensional system of anisotropy, some has even been reduced to quasi two dimensional system. Especially, magnetic and electric quality are different under macroscopic formal state. In this essay, two-body structure physical model is applied for the study on anisotropy of superconductor. We would like to point out that the distribution of ω, 1-ω are different and different pinning is the major cause to the anisotropy of high temperature superconductor.
