摘  要:介绍了NHD脱硫、脱碳工艺流程;简述了NHD溶液再生设备的结构和操作要领;叙述了NHD溶液被污染、装置管道振动、脱硫再生塔底部温度偏高等常见问题及改进方法。应用结果表明,采用NHD脱硫、脱碳的气体净化技术有利于合成氨装置低消耗长周期平稳运行。Author has introduced the NHD De-sulfur and De-carbon Process Flow ; has described the structure and operation gist for the regeneration equipment for the NHD solution ; has also described the frequent problems and their improving methods about NHD solution being polluted, piping vibration of the device and the temperature being too high in the bottom of de-sulfur regenerator. Application result indicates that adopting the gas purification technology by NHD de-sulfur and De-sulfur is benefit to stable operation of the ammonia synthesis plant with low consume and long period.
