摘  要:简述了江苏恒盛化把有限公司合成氨装置造气工艺流程和脱硫工艺流程;论述了造气洗涤塔和脱硫塔采用格栅填料等塔内件的应用情况。结果表明,造气洗涤塔出口气体温度可降低5~7℃,造气系统阻力下降11%,压缩机吨氨电耗降低6.5 kW.h,年节电200万kW.h;脱硫塔脱硫效率提高5%~10%,且当原料煤含硫量较高时也不堵塔。Author has briefly described the gasification process flow and the de-sulfur process flow in the ammonia synthesis plant of the Jiangsu Hengsheng Chemical Fertilizer Company Ltd. ; has discussed the application situation in which the internal of grid packing etc. is used for the gasification scnubber and the de-sulfur tower. Result indicates that outlet gas temperature of the gasification scrubber can be reduced by 5 - 7 ℃, gasification systenl pressure drop is lowered by 11%, electric power consume of the compressor is reduced by 6.5 kW·h per ton of ammonia, electric energy is annually salved by 2 million kW·h, de-sulfur efficiency is increased by 5% - 10%, and no blocked tor tower even when the raw coal contains higher sulfur content.
