摘 要:利用以活性炭为吸附剂的双塔变压吸附(PSA)实验装置对从甲烷含量很低的氮/甲烷混合气中富集甲烷进行了研究。结果表明,从甲烷体积含量为1%的氮/甲烷混合气经过两阶段PSA过程后,能够得到甲烷体积含量大于30%的浓缩气,作为燃料可以用于电厂的发电。对此吸附过程进行了分析模拟,提出了一个包含轴向扩散系数的吸附模型。根据模型计算得到的穿透曲线与实验结果基本一致。A dual-column pressure swing adsorption experimental installation was used to investigate the methane enriching from nitrogen-methane mixed gas containing very low concentration methane with the activated earben as adsorbent. The result showed that the product gas enriched from the nitrogen-methane mixed gas with methane volume fraction of 1% by the two-stage PSA seperation could achieve a methane volume fraction of above 30%, which could be used as fuel for generation of electricity. An adsorption model containing the axial dispersion coefficient was proposed to analyze the seperation process. The breakthrough curve caculated by the model was basically consistent with the experimental results.
