饲用玉米不同收获期纤维含量变化动态研究

摘　　要：为了探讨收获期对饲用玉米纤维含量和组成的影响,试验以5个品种的饲用玉米(科多8号、科多4号、BMS001、BMS002和中原单32)为材料,分别在8月21日、9月11日和10月1日采样处理,运用范氏分析法研究了中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、半纤维素(HC)、纤维素(C)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)和酸不溶灰分(AIA)含量的变化规律。结果显示:(1)NDF含量范围为50%～62%,ADF含量变化不规律、含量范围为20%～30%;(2)HC的含量范围为28%～40%,C的含量范围为16%～25%;(3)ADL含量范围为2.18%～3.75%,AIA含量则出现先升高后降低的变化趋势。For discussing the impacts of harvesting time to fiber content of forage maize, five varieties of forage maize were clipped at 21^th Aug., 11^th Sep. and 1^st Oct. and used to study the changes dynamic state of neutral detergent fiber（NDF）, acid detergent fiber（ADF）, hemiccllusc（HC）, celluse（C）, acid detergent lignin（ADL）and acid insulation ash（AIA）with the method of Van Soest. The results indicated that： （1） The range of NDF was 50%. ,62% , The changes of the content of ADF had no rule, and the range of it was 20%-30%; （2） The range of HC was 28%-40% ,The range of C 16%-25%;（3） The range of ADL was 2.18%-3.75%,The content of AIA was increased at the beginning and then decreased.
