摘　　要：通过全国系统抽样,获取卫生监督机构2001～2006年在岗人员数量及编制情况的基本资料,进行人力数量不同级别和地区间的比较。结果显示,我国卫生监督机构仍以事业单位编制人员为主,但已有部分实施或参照公务员编制管理,主要是在省级机构。卫生监督机构人员数量在机构改革后得到及时补充,达到机构改革前的91.9;2001～2005年人员数量高速增长的年份。By national sampling survey, the research obtained the data of human quantity and identity in organizations. Then the quantities among organizations from different levels and areas were compared. The result shows that most agencies are civil service institutions. And after institutional reform, health inspection timely supplement the number of personnel, which reached to 91.9% of that before; 2001 - 2005 were the high-growth years.
