摘　　要：运用规范分析法与案例分析法,对传统知识产权以外的其他知识产权进行探讨,并根据各自的特点与取得方式的不同将其他知识产权分类,分别适用不同的冲突规范。在考查其他国家和地区相关立法的基础上,总结出目前在其他知识产权的法律适用方面的现状与存在的问题,为中国制定其他知识产权的冲突规范提出建议。Through rule analysis approach and case analysis approach,this article probes into the intellectual property rights beyond the traditional criteria,and applies different conflict rules to the categories of the ＂other＂ intellectual property rights according to their characteristics and existences. After examining the legislation of foreign states and regions, this article summarizes the status quo and limi- tations of the conflict rules concerning the ＂other＂ intellectual property rights and then suggests on the legislation of China.
