摘 要:目的比较用不同稀释液稀释血清标本于强生Vitros 350干式生化分析仪上做线性评价实验所得结果之间的差异。方法取尿素氮(BUN)、总胆红素(TBIL)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和肌酐(Cr)4个项目的高值血清,检测原倍结果及分别用低值血清、蒸馏水与生理盐水倍比稀释(最高稀释倍数为1∶32)后的结果,然后进行线性评价和偏差分析。结果根据分析测量范围评价即线性评价,BUN、TBIL、ALT及Cr用3种稀释液稀释进行线性实验均符合AMR评价要求。在偏差分析中,BUN用低值血清稀释偏差值最小;TBIL、ALT和Cr在低稀释倍数时3种稀释液的偏差值无显著性差异,在较高稀释倍数时(>1∶16),低值血清比蒸馏水及生理盐水偏差值小。结论通过干式生化分析仪线性评价发现低值血清作为稀释液稀释标本比蒸馏水及生理盐水更为理想。Objective To compare the results with different diluents in determining the linear range of urea nitrogen (BUN), total biliubin (TBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and creatinine (Cr) in Vitros 350 dry biochemistry analyzer. Methods The sera with high value of BUN, TBIL, ALT and Cr were collected and diluted multiproportionally with different diluents, such as low serum, distilled water and normal saline (the highest diluted ratio was 1 : 32), and the linear range and bias were analyzed. Results Although all diluents met the request of analytic measurement range (AMR) in BUN,TBIL, ALT and Cr determination, the bias of low serum was less than that of normal saline and distilled water in BUN determination, while there was no significant difference in determination of TBIL, ALT and Cr among three diluents at low dilute ratio. In contrast, the bias of low level serum at high dilute ratio(〉l : 16)was less than that of normal saline and distilled water. Conclusion The results suggest that the low serum is the optimal diluent to Vitros 350 dry biochemistry analyzer.
