摘 要:Chloropcroxidase (CPO) was immobilized by konjac glucomannan (KGM) on the 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate [BMIM][BF4]/Nafion modified glassy carbon eloctrode. The electrochemical behaviors of the immobilized CPO were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that CPO was successfully immobilized on the GCE and underwent fast direct electron transfer reactions with the formal potential at -0.3 V vs. SCE.
