摘　　要：[目的]了解自贡市残疾人口腔医疗需要,为我国开展残疾人口腔疾病医疗保健提供依据。[方法]参照全国残疾人调查分类标准及口腔医疗需要标准,采用整群抽样的方法分别对自贡市富顺县、大安区、自流井区、贡井区等4个区县的残疾人进行口腔医疗需要调查。获得数据利用FoxPro6.0软件建立数据库,SPSS11.5软件进行统计描述分析。[结果]在被调查的531名残疾人中,仅有17.3人不需要任何口腔医疗,有79.7人需要按期口腔医疗,有69.1人需要及早口腔医疗,有27.7人需要紧急口腔医疗。[结论]残疾人口腔医疗需要较高,应采取适合不同残疾类型特点的防治保健措施。[Objective] To survey the oral medical requirement of the disabled people in Zigong, so as to provide the theoretical basis for government to improve the oral health level and develop their life quality. [ Methods] Based on WHO methodology of oral health survey in disabled people and oral medical requirement, the cluster sampling were taken to investigate the oral medical requirement of disabled people in Fushun county, Daan district, Ziliujing district, Zigong district of Zigong city. Database was established by FoxPro 6.0. and statistics analysis were performed with SPSS 11.5. [ Results] Among 531 disabled people, 17.3 people did not need any oral health care, and 79.7 people needed regularity oral medical care, and 69.1 people need early oral medical care as well as 27.7 people required urgent oral medical care. [Conclusion]Disabled people needed higher oral medical care. and different health care measures should be taken according to different disabled types of these disabled people.
