摘 要:[目的]探讨大学生血压季节性变化规律,为群体血压调查研究选择适宜的季节提供依据。[方法]采用分级整群抽样的方法,抽取2004、2005年级16个班,共441名在校本科学生,在秋、冬、春、夏4个季节进行统一的问卷调查并测量血压,用SPSS10.0统计软件进行分析。[结果]大学生秋季平均收缩压(SBP)水平为(115.84±12.60)mmHg、舒张压(DBP)水平为(69.04±7.65)mmHg,冬季为(114.76±12.54)mmHg和(68.38±8.34)mmHg,春季为(114.05±12.68)mmHg和(67.16±8.26)mmHg,夏季为(108.79±12.00)mmHg和(66.24±7.83)mmHg,无论SBP还是DBP均为秋季高于冬季,冬季高于春季,春季高于夏季,呈逐渐下降趋势。大学生平均SBP和DBP水平四季之间差异有统计学意义(F=80.316,P=0.000;F=24.085,P=0.000),男生两者平均水平四季之间差异有统计学意义(F=24.295,P=0.000;F=3.298,P=0.020),女生两者平均水平四季之间差异有统计学意义(F=60.029,P=0.000;F=24.706,P=0.000)。男生四季血压水平均高于女生(P﹤0.05)。[结论]大学生血压水平随着季节变化呈现一定的规律性波动,夏季血压水平最低。[Objective] To explore the regularity of the blood pressure variation with the seasonal alternation among college students, and to provide some reference for choosing the tight season on the concerned study and survey. [ Methods] 441 students from 16 classes of Grade One and Grade Two were selected by stratified and cluster sampling, then investigated by questionnaires and detected blood pressure respectively in autumn, winter, spring and summer. The data were analyzed by the SPSS10.0 software. [Results] The average levels of Systolic blood pressure (SBP) of the college students in autumn, winter, spring, and summer were (115.84± 12.60) mmHg, (114.76 ± 12.54) mmHg, (114.05 ± 12.68) mmHg, and (108.79 ±12.00) mmHg, respectively, and the average leveLs of Diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were (69.04 ± 7.65) mmHg, (68.38 ± 8.34) mmHg, (67.16 ± 8.26) mmHg and (66.24 ± 7.83) mmHg. Both SBP and DBP showed to decrease with the seasonal alternation from autumn to summer. There were significanl differences in the seasonal college student's SBP levels (F = 80.316, P = 0.000) and in the seasonal college student's DBP levels (F = 24.085, P = 0.000). There were significant differences in the seasonal male's SBP levels (F = 24.295, P = 0.000) and in the seasonal male's DBP levels (F = 3.298. P = 0.020). There were significant differences in the seasonal female's SBP levels ( F = 60.029. P = 0.000) and in the seasonal female's DBP levels (F = 24.706. P = 0.000). The average SBP level and DBP levels of the male were both significantly higher than thoese of the female in each season (P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] Blood pressure level fluctuates with the seasonal alternation regularly. In summer the blood pressure level reveals to be the lowest.
