摘  要:基于硫酸介质中,Ti(Ⅳ)对KIO4氧化瑞士色素(曙红亚甲基蓝)反应的催化作用建立了测定微量钛的动力学光度法新体系。考察了酸度、反应物浓度、反应时间、反应温度、共存离子等因素对反应的影响,确定了测定的适宜条件。测得非催化反应和催化反应的活化能分别为70.65kJ/moL和31.59kJ/moL,方法的线性范围为0.08~1.0μg/mLTi(Ⅳ),检出限为0.056μg/mL。将该方法用于硅铁中微量钛的测定,回收率在98.2%~104.7%之间。A simple and sensitive kinetic-spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of titanium based on its catalytic effect on the oxidation of Wright's stain by potassium periodate in the medium of sulfuric acid. The influences of acidity, concentration of reactants, reaction time, reaction temperature and foreign ions were discussed and the optimum reaction conditions were also estab- lished. The activation energies of the uncatalyzed and the catalyzed reaction are 70.65 kJ/mol and 31.59 kJ/mol respectively. The proposed method was allowed to determine titanium in the range of 0. 08-1. 0μg/mL with good precision and accuracy . The detection limit was 0. 056μg/mL. The method was applied successfully to the determination of trace titanium in ferrosilicon samples. Recovery experiments have also been performed and the recovery was between 98.16%-104.7%.
