提高钢包永久衬浇注料使用性能探讨

摘　　要：为了解决钢包永久衬浇注料用后裂纹过大,影响使用寿命问题,在分析永久衬损坏原因、探讨水的加入量对浇注料性能影响的基础上,提出了提高钢包永久衬浇注料使用性能的措施,采取提高浇注料极限粒度,在基质中加入膨胀剂,浇铸施工时合理控制水加入量,有效保证施工时间的衔接,制定合理的烘烤制度等,有利于保证钢包永久衬浇注料使用性能。In order to solve the problem, bigger crack emerging after castable of ladle permanent liner used affects ladle campaign, measures to improve the eastable performance are given on the basis of analyzing permanent liner broken reasons and discussing the influence of water capacity on tastable performance, which include increasing tastable limited granularity, adding expanding agent into the basic component, controlling water capacity rationally while the eastable casted, ensuring the casting time effectivly and making a rational baking program. Castable performance of ladle permaneat liner will be benefit to be ensured.
