新型冷轧轧制油AZ01的研制

摘　　要：通过选择合适的基础油,添加防锈剂、极压剂、乳化剂、抗磨剂、表面活性剂及抗氧化剂等添加剂,研制出一种新型的冷轧轧制油AZ01。研究了AZ01对轧制力和轧后带钢表面质量的影响,并与进口冷轧轧制油(ST01)进行了对比轧制试验。试验结果表明,AZ01的轧制力低于ST01,润滑效果好于ST01。使用后性能稳定,其轧后钢板表面的残铁及残油含量略低于ST01的相应指标。A new type of cold rolling oil AZ01 has been developed through selecting reasonable base oil and adding additives including antirust agent, wearproof agent, surface active agent, antioxidant and so on. The influence of AZ01 on wiling force and surface quality of strip steel after being rolled is studied and roiling experiments are carried by comparing with the import cold rolling oil ST01. The results show that the rolling force of AZ01 is less than that of ST01 but lubrication effect of AZ01 is better. The properties of AZ01 after being used are stable and residual iron and oil contents on rolled steel sheet surface are slightly lower than those correspondence indexes of ST01.
