萎胃散对萎缩性胃炎模型大鼠生长激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药复方萎胃散对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型大鼠血清及胃粘膜生长激素(GH)的影响,探讨萎胃散对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)及肠上皮化生、异型增生的阻断作用及可能机制。方法:采用甲基硝基亚硝基胍、雷尼替丁和吐温联合喂饲造成慢性萎缩性胃炎动物模型,用萎胃散和对照药物胃复春进行干预治疗,免疫组化和酶联免疫吸附法分别测定胃粘膜和血清GH水平,观察对胃粘膜萎缩和不典型增生的预防治疗作用及对GH的影响。结果:高、低剂量组及胃复春组胃粘膜GH表达较模型对照组均有增加,尤其高剂量组更为明显(P<0.05);高剂量组胃粘膜GH表达高于胃复春组和低剂量组(P<0.05);高剂量组及胃复春组血清GH水平较模型对照组均有升高,尤其高剂量组更为明显(P<0.05);高剂量组血清GH水平高于低剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:萎胃散可能通过影响CAG模型大鼠GH水平而起到治疗作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Weiwei Powder on blood serum and gastric mucosa growth hormone in model rats with CAG, and to study the blockage and the possible mechanism of Weiwei Powder to CAG, its intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia. Methods： CAG animal modal was established by feeding the rats with methyl nitro nitrosoguanidine, ranitine and tween. Weiwei Powder and its comparative drug Weifuchun were applied to treat the CAG rats. using immunohistrochemical method and enzyme linked immunosor＇oent method to assay the gastric musoca and serum levd, and then observing their effects on astrophy of gastric mucosa, the prevention and treatment of atypical hyperplasia and GH. Result： The gastric mucosa GH expression of de high-dose group, the low-dose group and Weifuehun group all had increased in comparison with that of the model group, especially, it was more significant m comparison with that of the high-dose group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The gastric mueosa GH expression of the high-dose group was higher than that of Weifuchun group and the low-dose group （P〈 0.1）5） ; The serum GH level of the high-dose group both had increased, it was more significant in comparison with that of the high-dose group （P〈0.05） ; The serum GH level of high-dose group was higher than that of the low-dose group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Weiwei powder may have theraputic effect through affecting GH level in CAG model rats.
