面向网络化制造的中小企业协同设计系统研究

摘　　要：通过对中小企业产品实际设计过程的特点分析,利用面向对象的产品设计理论,从网络化制造的特点出发,结合相关课题的研究,给出了协同设计系统体系结构、特点和总体技术结构,研究了基于产品设计模型和企业间产品协作关系的协同设计方案。最后讨论了所建立的原型系统及其应用实例。Setting off from the characteristics of the networked manufacturing, combined with our efforts in some research projects, the platform architecture, characteristics and overall technological structure of the collaborative design system were provided, and a method of collaborative design based on the product design model and the product cooperation relations among enterprises was studied, by analyzing the characteristics of products design process and using the object - oriented design technology. Finally, the prototype system was established and its application was discussed.
