摘　　要：介绍了建成环境主观评价的涵义及其对建筑理论研究的意义,认为建成环境主观评价是一种科学化的设计研究范式。通过剖析美国圣.迭戈儿童医院康复花园的评价案例论证了上述论点,并据此讨论了设计研究型主观评价方法应用中的技术问题。This paper introduces the meanings of Subject Evaluation of Built Environment （SEBE） which is significant to the development of architectural theories. SEBE is a kind of scientific paradigms of design research. By describing a case study of an evaluation of the Leichtag Family Healing Garden at Children＇s Hospital and Health Center, San Diego, USA, SEBE is proved to be an useful methodology for improving the planning and design of Built Environment. Some aspects of evaluation methods are also discussed.
