摘  要:将光纤光栅(FBG)传感器嵌入金属构件中,可以获得智能金属构件。要成功地将FBG传感器嵌入金属基体内部,就必须对FBG进行保护,以免FBG传感器在埋入过程中遭受高温等因素的破坏。研究了在FBG传感器表面进行化学复合镀Ni-P-ZrO2的方法及镀液配方,设计了适合FBG施镀的搅拌方式。结果表明,化学复合Ni-P-ZrO2镀层与FBG传感器的结合紧密,而且对FBG起到了良好的金属化保护作用。Smart metal structures can be obtained by embedding fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensors into metal matrixes. In order to successfully embed FBG sensors into metallic matrix, it is imperative to coat the FBG sensors and prevent it from nigh temperature damage during embedding. Thus the method and bath formulation for electroless plating Ni-P-ZrO2 composite coating on FBG was studied, and the stirring mode suitable to the electroless plating of the FBG sensor was established. Results indicated that the Ni-P-ZrO, composite coatingwas well bonded to the FBG sensor, and it was capable of satisfactorily protecting the FBG sensors.
