摘  要:为满足柴油机整机、零件涂装线生产技术改进的需要,设计了一套烘干设备。该设备采用了桥式多行程室体保温结构、"蒸气+电"双热源加热系统、双U对插型热风循环系统,并合理配备了有害废气处理系统,不仅可满足形状复杂工件高质量涂层的烘干需要,并可有效防止烘干炉内热风外溢,且炉温均匀,节能保温效果好;烘干产生的废气经催化燃烧后实现达标排放,符合环保要求。A set of drying facility was designed to carry out technical modification of the coating production lines for diesel engine and parts as well. The titled facility contained a bridge-type multichannel chamber for temperature holding, steam plus electricity dual source heating unit, double U-type end-faced unit for circulation of hot air, and a unit for treatment of harmful exhaust gases. Thus it could be used for drying of high-performance coatings on parts with complicate shapes,avoiding escape of hot air from the drying chamber and acquiring energy-saving and environmental protection as well. Moreover, the exhaust gases generated during drying could be treated with catalysts and discharged without damage to environment.
