摘  要:利用AMMI模型和回归模型对国家区试中的"948"项目引进的9个甘蔗新品系的蔗茎产量、甘蔗糖分和含糖量进行稳定性分析,并以这3个性状的表型值,品种稳定性参数、抗性鉴定结果对品种进行综合评价。结果表明,HoCP93-746、RB72-454、CP85-1308、HoCP91-555、"ROC"25、CP89-1509等品种综合性状表现较好,可根据生产需要选择推广应用,并进行合理布局。"ROC"26在产量和品质方面表现良好,但中感黑穗病,不宜在黑穗病高发区推广。本研究中的"CP"、"HoCP"系列品种早熟、高糖,且黑穗病、花叶病的抗性强,耐旱性较强,可尝试用作亲本与我国的高产大茎品种杂交选育新品种。Regression model and AMMI model (Additive Main Effects and Multiplicative Interaction Model) were employed to analyze the stabilities of 3 indexes: cane yield, sucrose content and sugar yield of 9 sugarcane varieties introduced, and comprehensive evaluation of these varieties were conducted according to the phenotypic values of the 3 indexes, and stability parameters and resistance identification of the varieties. The varieties HoCP93-746, RB72-454, CP85-1308, HoCP91-555, "ROC" 25 and CP89-1509 performed generally better than others, and can be released for extension and rational arrangement in production. "ROC" 26 performed well in cane yield and sucrose content, but was mid-susceptible to smut disease, and should not be planted in the region with high incidence of this "HoCP" are early varieties, and they showed high sucrose content and high disease. Lines of "CP" and resistance to smut disease, mosaic disease and drought, and can be used as parents for crossing with varieties of high yield and large stem to breed new varieties.
