摘 要:根据油棕叶片在树冠轮生的规律,对不同成熟度的叶片进行排序,进而对不同叶序的Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn4种微量元素含量进行测定,并对其变化规律进行分析。结果表明:(1)不同油棕树体4种微量元素含量有一定差异,但变化规律基本相同;(2)从整体看,8~26叶序,Mn含量上升,Fe含量略微上升,Cu含量则下降,而Zn略微降低;(3)成龄树体的Fe含量变化范围为74.0~128.9mg/kg;Mn为43.6~168.3mg/kg;Cu为3.47~7.03mg/kg;Zn为12.1~24.4mg/kg。(4)16~18叶序间4种微量元素含量变化差异不显著,比较稳定,可作为Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn营养诊断的采样叶位。Four microelements, i.e. Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn, in different leaf arrangements of oil palm were mensurated and analyzed, and their changes were discussed. The results showed that the four microelement contents were different in different oil palm trees, but had similar change. On the whole, from the fronds No.8 to No.26 the leaf Mn content increased, the Fe content rose slightly, the Cu content decreased and the Zn content dropped slightly. In the mature plant the Fe content ranged from 74.0 to 128.9 mg·kg^-1, Mn from 43.6 to 168.3 mg·kg^-1, Cu from 3.47 to 7.03 mg·kg^-1, Zn from 12.1 to 24.4 mg·kg^-1. The difference of 4 microelements in the leaf content from the fronds No.16 to No.18 was not significant, which suggested that these fronds could be used as sample for detection of these 4 microelements for nutrient diagnosis.
