摘  要:目前,钛合金螺栓在航天、航空领域已被广泛应用,但因其材料比较粘,安装时易出现内外螺纹咬死现象,不利于反复拆卸。针对此问题,本文对钛合金螺栓脉冲涂覆MoS2膜进行了磨擦学试验研究,其中包括动磨擦系数试验和耐磨性试验,通过对试验数据曲线进行综合性分析研究,得出了该膜层具有润滑效果,且能够达到安装时内外螺纹防咬死的目的和具有反复拆卸的能力的结论。At present, titanium alloy bolts have been applied to aerospace field, but titanium alloys are provided with viscidity, when titanium alloy bolts are screwed will be bitten by nuts, so they are not propitious to be screwed time after time. Aiming at the problem, the text expatiates on experimental study on the t'ribology of titanium alloy bolts' film of impulse and covered with MoS2 including the coefficient of kinetic friction experiment and the attrition resistance experiment, and concludes that the film is provided with lubricating ability, can prevent titanium alloy bolts being bitten and may make the bolts be screwed time after time.
