摘　　要：X射线衍射仪是进行物质晶体结构分析的主要设备,能够迅速、有效、准确地进行物相分析。本文介绍了Dmax-ⅢB型X射线衍射仪的基本结构与工作原理;阐述了X射线分析技术在耐火材料物相分析(定性分析和定量分析)中的应用。X-ray diffraction system is the primary equipment for crystal structure analysis due to its rapid, effective and precise phase analysis. The basic structure and work principle of Dmax-ⅢB X-ray diffraction system＇are introduced; the application of X-ray analysis technology in phase analysis of refractories （qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis ） are related.
