小麦白粉病抗源贵农21在育种中的利用

摘　　要：对优良小麦白粉病抗源贵农２１的利用研究表明：在以贵农２１为亲本之一的单交、三交和复合杂交等不同组配方式配制的１００个杂交组合中，鉴选出Ｆ６～Ｆ７对白粉病具有优良抗性（高抗—免疫）和优良农艺性状的９５４３、９６２１、９６３９、９６２４７、９６２５０等品系进入了品种比较和生产试验，并选出９６１１４、９６１１９等优良抗源供抗病育种研究利用。初步明确了小麦抗白粉病育种优良抗源贵农２１的利用途径。? Guinong 21 can be used as a good resistant resource of wheat powdery mildew and being used in the wheat breeding project.Using Guinong 21 as one of crossing parents,100 cross combinations were made in single crosses,double crosses,three way and composite crosses.From their progenies of F6～F7,9543,9621,9639,96247,96250 and other strains with very good resistance to powdery mildew and good agronomical characters were identified and put to the variety test and the yielding ability test. Moreover,96114 and 96119 strains with elite resistance were screened out and could be used as resources to wheat powdery mildew for wheat breeding.
