超滤出水回用作循环冷却水的研究

摘　　要：针对中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司东区污水回用装置的超滤出水含有有机物和磷、硬度较高、水质有一定的波动.进行了超滤出水回用作循环冷却水的可行性研究。试验表明,超滤出水的腐蚀性要大于新鲜水.使用YSW106配方后.单独使用超滤水或超滤水与新鲜水混合使用,均能满足循环水的缓蚀和阻垢的技术要求.但循环水中的细菌较难抑制.必须加强杀菌处理。The feasibility study in ultra filtrated water recycled to circulating cooling water is made, because the water, from Eastern Wastewater Reuse System in corporation of the authors, not only contains organic compounds and phosphorus, but also indicates high hardness and unstable quality. The test results show that although the water is more corrosive than fresh water, but the water is recycled in singles or with fresh water can satisfy the technical standard in corrosion and scale for the circulating with formula of YSW106 applied. However, the bacteria in the circulating water are restrained difficultly, the sterilization to be strengthened.
