摘　　要：针对近年来高校图书馆招标采购中所出现的问题,加以总结、整理和分析并结合本馆招标采购工作的实践提出应对措施。The paper focus on the problems existing in purchasing by public bidding in academic libraries and analyzes the cause of the problems and gives some solutions for practice.
