苦参不同提取液对松梢螟幼虫的触杀活性研究

摘　　要：应用均匀设计法研究了苦参鲜根的不同提取液对松梢螟幼虫的触杀作用。通过对24 h和48 h的毒力回归方程分析结果表明,3种提取液对松梢螟均有较好的触杀作用;对72 h的毒力回归方程分析结果表明,水蒸汽蒸馏液对松梢螟幼虫具有较高的触杀作用,对松梢螟幼虫的致死中浓度(LC50)为7.8461 mg/mL,触杀致死率为86.7%,乙醇和丙酮浸提液对松梢螟的触杀作用不显著。Effects of contacting toxicity against Dioryctria splendideUa of extractions from roots of Sophora flavescens were studied by uniform designs. The analysis results of 24h and 48h toxicity regression indicated that the contacting toxicity of 3 extractions against Dioryctria splendella was significant. The analysis results of 72h toxicity regression showed that the contacting toxicity of water vapor distillation was great, had high contacting activity, the lethal concentration （LC50） was 7.8461mg/mL, the lethal rate was 86.7%. The contacting toxicity of ethanol and acetone extractions against Dioryctria splendidella was insignificant.
