摘　　要：文中针对基础测绘管理工作的实际情况,以来宾市为例探讨了基于MapInfo的二次开发工具MapBasic建立基础测绘信息管理系统的方法。实践证明,基础测绘信息管理系统建设给基础测绘管理工作提供了一种全新的思路,对规范和促进基础测绘信息化管理具有很好的借鉴意义。Combining with the project examples in fundamental surveying and mapping,this paper introduces the method of constructing the management system in fundamental surveying and mapping based on MapInfo.Practice proves that the construction of this system provides a new thought to surveying management and it is good for promoting.
