摘　　要：全国第二次土地调查已经全面展开,每个市、县都已经开始了土地调查工作。长沙县也已开始了相关工作,随着工作的逐步深入,一些相关的问题及其注意的事项也逐渐浮出水面,这些问题处理的得当与否,直接关系到土地工作的继续进行以及日后土地的管理。作者以参加者的身份对第二次土地调查中所遇到问题及处理方法进行讨论。With comprehensive development of the national second land investigation,some related questions and points for attention also gradually appear.Whether these questions are processed appropriately directly influences the continuation of land work and land management in the future.So these questions and their treatment methods are discussed in this paper.
