摘 要:介绍了云南大红山铜矿Ⅲ系列磨矿采用球径半理论公式计算球径,破碎统计力学原理指导初装球的配球,作图法确定补球方案的精确化装补球方法。新方法改善了磨矿产品粒度特性及分级条件,提高了单体解离度、分级效率、磨机生产能力、回收率及精矿品位,减轻了过粉碎,降低了钢球消耗,取得了显著的经济效益。生产实践证明,精确化装补球方法可全面提高磨矿工艺的科学性和可靠性。The accurate ball - load - addition method, which semi-theory formula calculates the diameter of hall, crushing statistical mechanics principle directs ball matching of initial loading ball, adding balls according to diagraphy, is adopted at Ⅲ series grinding of Dahongshan copper mine in Yunnan province. The new method improves particle characteristic of the grinding product and classified condition, enhanced the mineral liberation degree, classified efficiency, productivity of grinding machine, the recovery and the grades of concentrate, re- duced the overgrinding, decreased the consumption of the steel ball, obtained the remarkable economic efficiency. The production practice proves the new method of accurate ball- load- addition can improve the scientificity and reliability of grinding process.
