摘  要:本文对目前高纯锌的三种主要制备方法(电解法、真空蒸馏法、区域熔炼法)进行了综述和比较。这些方法在提纯方面发挥着不同的作用。电解法工艺条件易控制,但耗能巨大,提纯效果相对较差;真空蒸馏法虽提纯效果显著,能耗低,但很难提纯到7N锌;区域熔炼法可制备7N锌,但其存在成本高、过程耗时的缺点。采用真空蒸馏法与区域熔炼相结合的方法制备超高纯锌,所得锌产品的纯度可达到7N。The three main methods for high purity zinc preparation, including electrolytic method, vacuum distillation, zone refining, are summarized and compared in this paper. They play different roles in the purification of zinc. The technological conditions of electrolytic method is easy to control, but it requires a great deal of energy and the effect of purification is relatively poor; Vacuum distillation method is effective for separating the impurities and has an efficient use of energy, but it is basically impossible to obtain 7N purity zinc; Zone refining method can prepare 7N purity zinc, but with the disadvantage of high cost and long process time. On the basis of aforementioned analysis, the zinc products obtained can meet the 7N ultra-high purity standards by combined use of vacuum distillation and zone refining.
