提高韶冶水浸镉系统粗镉品位的研究

摘　　要：本文分析了目前韶冶烧结分厂水浸镉系统产出的粗镉品位低的原因,针对较难除的Pb、Tl两种杂质元素进行了试验研究,找到了有效的除杂办法,提出了新的工艺流程,以期提高水浸镉系统粗镉品位甚至直接产出2#镉锭。The reason that the low grade crude cadmium from the system of water leaching cadmium is analyzed in this paper, the main impurity elements affecting the grade of cadmium are found out and the experimental investigation aiming at Pb ＆ Tl that are removed difficultly is finished. The effective ways of removing impurities are obtained and the new technological process is put forward, the improvement of the grade of the crude cadmium, even the production of 2# cadmium can be realized.
