摘　　要：通过对当前高校图书馆员素质现状的分析,结合时代发展的要求,提出了新时期高校图书馆员应具备的素质,并探讨了提高高校图书馆员素质的途径。This paper analyzes the present situation of the quality of librarians in university library, connecting with the requirements of the times development, advances the qualities that the librarians of university should possess in the new period, and probes into the ways for improving the quality of librarians.
