摘　　要：阐述了数据库特殊权利的立法概况,探讨了数据库特殊权利保护的特点及缺陷,对我国数据库特殊权利的立法提出了意见。This paper expounds the legislation situation of special right of database, probes into the features and defects of database special rights protection, and advances some opinions on our country＇ s legislation of special rights of database.
