摘  要:提出了配电网电压无功优化运行策略。以三相配电网潮流计算为基础,考虑了系统的日负荷变化曲线、配电系统实际的三相不平衡状态,以及电容器组和有载调压变压器分接头的实际操作次数约束,应用遗传算法获得一天内电容器组三相分相投切和有载调压变压器分接头位置的最优调度方式。对IEEE36节点算例系统和某城区实际配电网系统进行了验算,计算结果表明该方法可行、有效。The operation strategy of reactive power and voltage optimization for distribution network is proposed based on three-phase power flow calculation, in which the system daily load curve, the three-phase imbalance situation of distribution system and the restraint of actual switching and regulating times of the capacitor bank and on-load tap-changing transformers are considered. The daily optimal dispatching mode of the capacitor bank switching phase by phase and the on-load tap- changing transformer regulating is obtained with genetic algorithm. The checking computations on an IEEE 36-node system and a practical urban distribution system show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
