摘  要:三峡左岸电厂6F机组在过速试验的关机过程中,出现了强烈的小开度异常振动现象,振动频率为1.359Hz,该频率最为明显的表现为蜗壳内水压的波动。基于现场试验数据和哈尔滨大电机研究所的模型试验,分析了三峡左岸电站6F机组在三次过速试验的关机过程中水轮机运行参数的变化,并得到了三次试验的关机轨迹。根据关机过程中运行参数的变化,排除了负流量导致6F振动的原因,同时详细论述了水锤也不是异常振动的原因。作者认为最有可能的原因是水体共振,并结合现场试验数据和动态CFD数值计算结果进行了讨论。An abnormal oscillation phenomenon happened during the over-speed test on the 6 # hydro-generator unit of the Three Gorges left bank hydropower plant. The oscillation the pressure fluctuation of the spiral casing. Based on the field test, frequency is 1.359Hz and is characterized by together with model test carried out by Harbin Institute of Large Electrical Machinery, the variation curves of hydro-turbine operation parameters and the traces of turbine closing during the over-speed tests are obtained. According to these curves, the negative flow and the water hammer are believed not to be the causes leading to the oscillation. The water resonance is believed to be the most possible cause according to the filed test results and the dynamic CFD results.
