摘 要:目的学习和掌握Graf方法髋关节超声诊断技术。方法采用超声波技术对74名婴幼儿双侧髋关节均进行了静态超声检查(超声频率为7.5-4 MHz)。结果共获得148张髋关节超声图像中,Ⅰ型髋关节数量为130例,占总数的87.8%,其中Ⅰa型86例,Ⅰb型44例;Ⅱ型髋关节数量为18例,占总数的12.2%,其中Ⅱa型1例,Ⅱb型17例;未检测出Ⅲ和Ⅳ2种髋关节类型。结论超声波对髋关节发育异常的早期诊断价值明显优于临床传统方法及X线的诊断价值。Objective To explore the ultrasonic diagnoses of hip joints with Graf method.Methods Static ultrasonic examinations of bilateral hip joints with the frequency being 7.5~4MHz were made in 74 infants.Results 148 images of hip joints were got,including 130 Type Ⅰ cases(87.8%) which consisted of 86 Type Ⅰa cases and 44 Type Ⅰb cases.There were 18 Type Ⅱ cases(12.2%) which included 1 Type Ⅱa cases and 17 Type Ⅱb cases.No Type Ⅲ or Type Ⅳ2 cases were detected.Conclusion Ultrasonic diagnoses of the developmental dysplasia of hip joints can function better than routine mehods and X-ray examination.
