摘 要:目的研究运用正骨手法闭合复位、微创内固定胫腓骨骨折的优越性。方法对151例(158处)胫腓骨闭合及GustiloⅠ开放骨折,采用正骨手法闭合复位,不切开暴露骨折端的微创方法内固定。结果随访时间8~36个月。158处骨折愈合时间3~24个月,平均4.6个月。胫骨干骺端骨折经皮微创技术解剖钢板固定平均愈合时间4.1个月,胫骨干骨折髓内钉平均愈合时间4.9个月,开放性骨折平均愈合时间5.3个月,多段骨折平均愈合时间6.4个月。结论闭合复位有利于骨折愈合,巧妙的运用中医正骨手法,使胫腓骨骨折闭合复位时损伤小,结合微创手术内固定,疗效理想。Objective To explore the advantage of using bone setting in closed reduction with minimally invasive fix of tibial closed and GustiloⅠopen fractures. Methods One hundred fifty-one patients with 158 tibial closed and GustiloⅠ open fractures, were treated with bone setting and fixed with minimal-invasive surgical technique without fractures exposure. Results The follow-up time of the patients ranged from 8 to 36 months. The healing time for the tibia treated by bone setting and minimally invasive anatomic fix was 3-24 months, with an average of 4.6 months ; while the average healing time for the tibia treated by intramedular nail was 4. 9 months and open fractures 5. 3 months. Conclusion Skillful using bone setting in closed reduction with minimal-invasive surgical technique fixed tibial fractures could decrease surgical lesions and benefit bone union.
