摘 要:我国电力行业已经逐步推行节能发电调度,提前分析电力系统实施节能发电调度的节煤潜力具有重要意义。作者从研究均衡发电调度与节能发电调度之间的关系入手,引入均衡调度指数作为均衡发电调度的评价指标。基于不同负荷水平下均衡调度指数与发电平均煤耗之间的关系曲线,建立了节能潜力分析模型和评价方法,并基于作为我国5个节能发电调度试点省份之一的广东电网实际数据进行了算例分析。研究表明,该方法能够直观地反映均衡发电调度转向节能发电调度时所形成的优化空间,适用于分析不同调度模式下的节煤潜力和效益。Energy-conservation based dispatch (ECD) has been carried out in the electric power industry in China. It is an outstanding topic with significance to analyze the potential of coal conservation after ECD is carried out in power system ahead of time. This paper starts with the relationship between equilibrium scheduling (ES) and ECD. As an evaluation index of ES, equilibrium scheduling index (ESI) is introduced. Based on the relation curve between average coal consumption of generation and ESI at different load levels, a model to analyze the potential of energy conservation is established and an evaluation method is proposed. Analysis of examples is carried out based on the data from Guangdong Power Grid, which is one of the five provincial pilots of ECD in China. The results of calculation example show that the proposed method can demonstrate the optimization space generated during the transition fi'om the pattern of ES to ECD, and this method can be applied to analyze the potential and benefit of coal conservation between different dispatching patterns.
