摘 要:总结了20kV中压配电电压在国内外的应用和实践情况,分析了采用20kV供电需要考虑的主要问题,包括城市空间资源稀缺、用电结构的变化、配电网的发展模式、现有设备存量、升压改造的技术措施、供电安全水平、社会效益、经济效益以及供电政策等多个方面。以黑龙江省为例分析了配电网采用20kV供电的必要性,结合黑龙江省2个20kV试点工程提出在黑龙江乃至全国配电网推广应用20kV的推荐发展模式和具体相关建议。The application of 20kV distribution voltage and practical experiences home and abroad are summarized. The main problems to be considered while the 20kV voltage grade is adopted for power supply in distribution network are analyzed, they are scarcity of urban space resources, change of power utilization structure, developing mode of distribution network, existing devices and asset, technical measures for distribution network renovation by upgrading voltage grade, security level of power supply, social benefit, economic benefit and policy of power supply and so on. Taking distribution network in Heilongjiang Province for example, the necessity of adopting the 20kV voltage grade for distribution network is analyzed and according to the two 20kV pilot projects being implemented in Heilongjiang Province the recommended developing mode and relevant concrete suggestions to extend and apply 20kV power supply in Heilongjiang Province and even in whole nation are put forward.
