摘  要:介绍了国内生产的纸机灰铸铁烘缸的化学成分和使用的孕育剂。概述了生产烘缸的铸造新技术,包括:离心浇注技术,实现一天铸造一只大烘缸的铸造工艺,一个铸型铸3~5件合金铸铁烘缸的技术,铸型内缓冷保温消除大烘缸铸件残余应力的工艺,以及不需时效处理的灰铸铁烘缸生产技术。指出国内的纸机烘缸铸造技术和国外还有一定的差距。Chemical composition of gray cast iron dryer for paper-making machine and the inoculants applied were introduced. New foundry technologies for the dryers of paper-making machine were reviewed including gray iron mould centrifugal pouring process for improving quality of gray iron castings of heavy dryers, casting process of casting a heavy dryer in one day, process of casting several heavy dryers in one mould, new technologies of eliminating casting residual stress of heavy dryers and producing gray iron dryer castings without aging treatment. It is pointed out that there is still a certain gap in casting technology for dryer of paper-making machine between domestic and abroad.
