摘　　要：运用铸造过程模拟软件ProCAST对实际生产中某些个案进行模拟和分析,重新回顾现有的浇注工艺和浇注系统设计,指出当前精铸生产中普遍存在的若干问题,对改进浇注系统设计和浇注工艺提出一些意见和建议。Some pouring processes and gating systems in practice for investment casting have been simulated and analyzed using ProCAST, by which some problems in current production were pointed out, and some suggestions for improvement of pouring process and gating system were put forward.
