摘 要:研究了凝固方式及冷却速度对常压凝固试样低倍组织针孔度的影响,探讨了冷却速度、减压压力对减压凝固试样致密性检测的影响。试验结果表明,凝固方式、冷却速度对常压凝固试样低倍组织中气孔的数量及大小有一定的影响;冷却速度、减压压力对减压凝固试样低倍组织中气孔的数量及大小影响较大,需要由设备的相关参数进行控制。检测结果具有较好的重现性,应用减压凝固低倍组织试样区别不同等级含氢量具有更好的对比度。The effects of solidification way and cooling rate on pin-hole degree of macroscopic structure in sample solidified under normal pressure were studied, and the influences of cooling rate and reduced pressure on the compactness of sample solidified under reducing pressure were analyzed. The results showed that the solidification way and cooling rate affect the pin-hole number and size of the sample solidified under normal pressure to some extent, while the cooling rate and reduced pressure largely affect the pin-hole number and size of the sample solidified under reducing pressure, which need to be controlled by correlative parameters of the checking equipment. The checking results reappear and contrast well for different pin-hole degree.
