摘　　要：为解决铸件的白口问题,从铁碳平衡图和合金结晶凝固原理出发,分析了化学成分、过冷度、合金元素、铸型介质、炉料等对产生白口的影响,结合生产实践经验,分析渗碳体的成因,提出相应地预防和消除的措施。并分析了孕育处理对铸铁材质的影响。In order to solve the problem of chill in castings, effect of such aspects as the chemical composition, degree of supercooling, alloying element, mould material, charge and so on were analyzed on the basis of iron-carbon diagram and alloy＇s crystal and solidifying principle. The reason of cementite formation was analyzed based on productive practice and the measures of preventing and eliminating the chill were put forward. The effect of inoculation on cast iron was also discussed.
