摘　　要：根据工业企业调价的基本动因，探讨了工业企业调价的基本思路。利用需求弹性理论导出了理论最佳调价幅度的计算公式，并引用“调模法”的思想，利用产品市场竞争力、市场生命周期、供求状况、替代品价格等对理论最佳调价幅度进行了修正。In this paper, the thinking of readjusting price for industrial enterprise is presented according to the fundamental principle of price modification.The formula to compute the theoretical optimum value of the price modification is deduced by utilizing the price demand elastic theory.Based on the thinking of the socalled 'Tuning Method',the theoretical value is revised.
