摘　　要：从开展参考咨询、辅导读者使用工具书、推荐专业图书、指导网络资源利用等方面阐述了高校图书馆学生阅览室导读工作的具体内容,还从更新服务观念、提高馆员业务素质、建立培训和学习机制等方面探讨了阅览室专业队伍建设问题。This paper expounds the concrete contents of the reading guidance of university library＇s student reading room from developing the reference service, tutoring the readers in use the tool books, recommending the professional books, and directing the utilization of network resources, etc., and probes into the construction of technical teams of the reading room from aspects of renewing the service concept, improving the professional quality of the librarians, and establishing the training and leaning mechanism, etc.
