摘　　要：利用数据包络分析方法(DEA)与C2R模型对城市地下管网防灾投入与震害风险进行协调与效率分析,给出算例,并针对算例结果说明协调与效率分析过程,探讨了如何让有限的防灾投入最大地发挥其作用,达到投入与产出的协调与高效。It takes DEA and C^2R model to make a coordination and efficiency analysis of accident proof investment in urban underground pipe net and earthquake disaster risk. It gives the calculation example to explain the analysis couse about coordination and efficiency, discusses how to give full play to limited accident proof investment .so as to achieve the coordination and efficiency of input and output.
