摘　　要：概述了Partnering模式与CM模式的基本思想及定义,总结了两种模式各自的优缺点,指出目前国内的项目管理模式存在的不足,提出了适合我国建筑业运用的新型管理模式,并对两种模式结合运用的可行性进行了分析。The basic thinking and definition of Partnering model and CM model were illustrated, and their merits and drawbacks were generalized. The shortages existing in present home engineering management model were pointed and the new management model adapted to China architectural industry was proposed, and the feasibility of combination of the models was analyzed.
