摘  要:为了验证A-TIG焊时的熔池流场计算结果,利用自行研制的活性剂FS12对不锈钢A-TIG焊时熔池流体流动变化进行了测试。利用高熔点双薄钨板挡住熔池流体流动的方法试验,对比焊缝中钨板周围钨颗粒的分布,从而对流体流动的方向进行试验验证。试验结果表明:无活性剂时钨颗粒在焊缝中心浓度比较小,而在焊缝边缘浓度比较大,钨板外侧浓度最大。证实了熔池流体流动是从中心流向边缘。有活性剂时的钨颗粒在焊缝边缘浓度比较小,焊缝中心的浓度比较大,而熔池底部浓度最大。证实了熔池流体流动是从边缘流向中心。通过以上试验说明,活性剂的加入改变了熔池流体流动的方向,使用活性剂FS12后强烈的熔池流体向内对流是A-TIG焊时熔深增加的根本原因。The effects of activating flux FS12 on the change of fluid flow direction in welding pool were investigated to validate the simulation results of A-TIG welding.By using two pieces of thin tungsten plate blocking the fluid flow in welding pool,welding was performed on specimens of SUS304 stainless steel coated with flux FS12 and tungsten particle.The distribution of tungsten particle was measured.The results show that when there was no flux ,the concentration of tungsten particle were less in the middle of weld then that of edge,the tungsten particle concentrated in the outside of the plate.That means the fluid flow is from the centre of the pool to the edge of it.When there was flux ,the concentration of tungsten particle was less in the edge of weld then that of middle ,the tungsten particle concentrated in the inside of the plate.That means the fluid flow is from the edge of the pool to the centre of it.By using the flux, the fluid flow in welding pool has been changed from outward to inward flow.The flux in the welding pool plays an important role in increasing the weld penetration by the reverse of the direction of fluid flow in the welding pool.The change in the fluid flow in the molten pool is considered to be the principal mechanism for increased penetration of A-TIG welding.
