摘　　要：研究摩托车减震器凸焊工艺,分析工件凸台设计、凸焊电极形状和焊接规范参数对摩托车堵头与安装环凸焊接头质量的影响。通过试验确定的凸焊工艺可以满足焊件纵向极限拉力的产品要求。The projection welding process on motorcycle shock absorbers was studied in this paper.The influences of joint quality of mounting rings and lids on workpiece design,electrode shape and welding parameters were investigated.lt is shown that the confirmed weld process by experiment meet the vertical limit strength product requirements.
